3. Delivery

3.1 Goods are delivered in Lithuania within 1-5 working days, depending on the complexity of the order.
3.2 The price of delivery shall be quoted at the time of ordering and shall depend on the method of delivery chosen.
3.3 If you notice any damage to the goods during delivery, you must inform the courier and us within 24 hours.

4. Return and exchange policy

4.1 If the goods received do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 calendar days of receipt.
4.2 Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
4.3 The costs of return shall be borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or error in the goods.
4.4 In the event of a return, a refund will be made within 14 days.
